Welcome to KAPIT. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our grocery commerce platform, website (https://kapit.shop), and mobile application (Application ID: shop.kapit.app), operated by KAPIT Technologies Private Limited.
By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or placing an order through the KAPIT website or Android mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders on KAPIT. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery address details.
KAPIT currently provides localized grocery delivery services exclusively within Koraput, Odisha (Postal Code: 764020). Deliveries are dispatched from our local fulfillment hub during active operating hours across morning (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and evening (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) delivery slots, or via express 15–25 minute delivery when available. Orders placed outside our serviceable pincode cannot be fulfilled.
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (&inr; INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Because we deal in farm-fresh produce and daily dairy, item availability and market rates may fluctuate. While we make every effort to display accurate stock quantities, if an ordered item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will notify you and adjust your bill accordingly.
KAPIT accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and doorstep UPI QR scan upon arrival of our delivery partner. When promotional coupons cover 100% of an order total, no monetary payment is required. Customers agree to pay the exact invoiced amount upon delivery for cash or doorstep UPI transactions.
Customers may cancel an order free of charge prior to its packaging or dispatch from our hub. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. For defective, spoiled, or missing items, we uphold our Zero Question Return Policy: notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery for an instant replacement or refund. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to our servers or databases, place fraudulent orders, reverse-engineer the mobile application, or abuse promotional discounts and referral coupons. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
The KAPIT name, logo, UI design, text, product photography, trademarks, and software code are the intellectual property of KAPIT Technologies Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, KAPIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Koraput / Odisha, India.
